Mohaska’s music is like a velvet earthquake; a tapestry of interwoven guitar melodies over a thundering rhythm section of undulating basslines & rolling drums.

Mohaska is:

C.F. Maples/Guitar & Vocals

J.E. Self/Guitar & Vocals

M.A. Gresham/Bass

B.J. Beam/Drums & Percussion

“Fuzzstration makes their own style of what I call classic Original rock music, what distinguishes it for me is being heavy as shit with trippy psychedelic undertones. You can be dancing and singing along to Eric’s Axl Rose/ DLR esc belting vocals, and all of the sudden give yourself whiplash head banging to Ryan’s Aggressive kick drumming and China cymbals, only to have your mind melted and ripped by Matt’s inventive guitar tones within one song. They’ll probably switch instrument after that and do it all again just as well. Always a fun show.”

Tylynn Allen

Judging by her poise and young age, you’d never guess the life she’s lived. She’s a mother to two youngins, and a crazy ass horse girl.

Her home-cooked songwriting comes from a place that feels familiar but new, and sure as hell is the fastest way to your heart. And her Kentuckiana drawl helps to confirm she’s lived every word.

If you look somewhere between gunpowder and lead, under something in the orange, you’ll find Tylynn Allen with a cold one in her hand.

Hugh E. Bir

Overheard at Hugh E. Bir’s Bar: “Hugh went down to the Budweiser factory, he said that was the freshest Budweiser he ever had, but they weren’t as cold as they are at Hugh E. Bir’s!”

Earl Bowman

Earl Bowman may be new to Louisville’s music scene but he’s working hard to make a name for himself.

Earl has had the chance to open shows for Logan Halstead, and Riley Downing, and has appeared on playlists by GemsOnVHS, Americana Highways, and The Alt-Country Show. Earl is also the co-host of the Top Hill Recording Podcast.
